Team Alignment

Getting everyone on the same page is hard. We do pretty well with live, synchronous meetings via Zoom but sometimes not everyone is around. Using a video repository so we can make sure everyone in in the loop is important.

We can use Screenweave for:

• Messages from the leadership teams
• All hands and Horizon meeting recordings
• Progress reports on team goals
• Project kick-offs
• Reports and presentations of data-analysis projects

We want to use Screenweave in the future for:

• Hosting "town hall" meetings instead of using Zoom
