A picture is worth a thousand words. And at 30 frames per second, that's billions! One of the hardest things in tech support is getting to the root of the problem. Customers have trouble explaining their issues because they don't have as much context as we do. Once we "see" the customer issue, we are able to resolve it quickly.

We can use Screenweave for:
